Hello! Welcome to my newest website. I'm proud to announce the release of my new ep, 'Pez Wilson', which you are listening to on the flash player above. You can download tracks on the right (pretty please donate!), and soon purchase tracks from iTunes and buy physical copies from me or CDBaby. Thanks for coming!

We worked hard on this one, and it took a little while, but I think it was worth the wait. I'd like to thank the players: Andy Langham on piano, Edwin Livingston on acoustic bass, and Jimmy Paxson on drums for their great work. I took care of the vocals and the trumpet. I also want to give a shout out to the folks at Sounden Studios in San Clemente, CA and The Coupe in Boulder, CO where I tracked the record (mostly on 2"!), as well as Misha Kachkachishvili at Axistudio in New Orleans, LA for mixing and Bruce Barriel, also in New Orleans, LA, for mastering. Hope you enjoy!

Biography

Singer/songwriter, Pez Wilson, evokes feelings of a bygone era when the martinis were dry, the jokes were drier and jazz was more than just a basketball team in Utah. Wielding a voice somewhere between a croon and a petition with a trumpet held at the ready, Pez is set to bring his soulful brand of modern pop/jazz hybrid to audiences worldwide with his newest EP, which will be available at live shows, online, and on Pez's website on a "pay what you want" basis.

Pez's experience as a theatrical and film composer and his love of jazz is a clever foundation for a solid pop album. Accompanied by the trio of Andy Langham on piano, Edwin Livingston on bass and Jimmy Paxson on drums, whose combined experience includes backing Stevie Nicks, Willie Nelson, Ray Price and Queen Latifa, Pez will appeal to anyone who's a fan of modern pop, but longs for the days when blues, the Brill Building, and jazz ruled the airwaves.
